1. Tell us about yourself (background/education/experience).
I am originally from a Pennsylvania town called Irwin.
I attended California University of PA for my bachelor’s degree and FMU for my MBA.
I also held many corporate jobs before going into real estate.
2. How long have you been a realtor?
I have been a broker since 2004.
3. What do you like most about living and selling real estate in Florida?
I love the weather during the winter and meeting/helping people relocate to the Sunshine State!
4. What advice do you have for anyone looking to buy or sell right now?
Have a good realtor who will represent your best interest and is up to date with the latest technology and trends to achieve your desired outcome.
5. What three traits define you?
Outgoing
Addicted to progress
Innovative
6. What would you be doing if you weren’t in real estate?
Construction/building
7. What is the most gratifying aspect of what you do?
The biggest challenge is there is just not enough hours in the day!
8. If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
Fly 😊
9. What are your favorite indoor/outdoor activities?
Anything that is productive and affords me results from my efforts.

One house I was involved with was used for spirit gatherings…

One time I worked with a hoarder that had 30 cats and the roof of the house was caving in!
